pb time a machine change after reboot
yes after a reboot.the time of server change with message
"DTSS-I-setdef dtss$service set new timezone differential".
os vms 7.3.2
decnet osi v7.3-1
tcpip v5.3-18
i verify logique time
$ sho log *time*
"SYS$DST_DELTA_TIME" = "ffffc02175240dc3"
"SYS$LOCALTIME" = "SYS$SYSROOT:[SYS$ZONEINFO.SYSTEM]CET."
"SYS$TIMEZONE_DAYLIGHT_SAVING" = "1"
"SYS$TIMEZONE_DIFFERENTIAL" = "7200"
"SYS$TIMEZONE_NAME" = "MET DST"
"SYS$TIMEZONE_RULE" = "MET-1MET DST-2,M3.4.0/02,M10.5.0/03"
"TCPIP$BIND_TIMEOUT" = "...."

Your sys$localtime should be MET, not CET.
