We use DCPS on VMS to talk raw TCP/IP (port 9100) to our HP printers and then use SAMBA to present the print queues to the windows domain. Using the port 9100 interface lets us get an approximation of the pages printed.

Hello,
I did found this with the following actions:
select the printer, open the properties window with the right mouse button, select the TAB device settings. There you should see the output protocoll, Ctrl+D action before and after job scheduling, time limits, etc. Hope this helps.
