ucx show dev/fu : what is "buffer or I/o waits" ?

and which is a document with some details on potential remediations -- search the document for the word Waits for details and commands.

I'd re-post the section here, but it's rather longer than an easy cut-and-paste.

ucx show comm/mem no longer shows this info when using tcp 5.3. And here it is buffer OR io. I tested it also with a slower network (to avoid waiting on io) and the result was 20K waits too.

I hope someone with source access can tell what it exactly means.
