What's the manufacturer of and the full model name of this particular barcode printer? Or a URL for the manual?

The printer is a Zebra QL series - and I was able to find out that the port it uses is 6101.
However when I setup the queue using telnetsym, the labels did not print in the same format as using the LPD queue.

Went back to LPD queue, and was able to create SYS$SPECIFIC:[TCPIP$LPD]TCPIP$LPD.CONF
and set the value of Retry-Interval to 10 seconds.
Users are now happy that they only have to wait 10 seconds between each print rather than 5 mins.
