Dear Venkatesh BL

Thank you
Yes, the hard disk need to replace
I search some document and solve this problem.

1.replace the bad disk
2.#scu scan edt
3.#scu show edt (find device)
4.use #diskconfig to partition disk
5.#rm -fr /etc/fdmns/data3_domain
6.#mkfdmn /dev/rz13c data3_domain
7.#mkfset data3_domain data3
8.#mount -t advfs data3_domain#data3 /data3

Hello,

You have a bad disk right there, you need to replace it.

Disk is dead. Replace it they are too cheap to worry about these days.

Regards,

Marco
Just unplug and plug in again ....
