i have problem with one cpu of my server.
During the hardware test i see this message:
FAIL 11 CPU 01.
I think that cpu01 it is bad.
How to start the system whit only cpu? (CPU 0)

this is a copy of the system adaminstration guide.
In a multiprocessor configuration, you can use the set cpu_enable
command to selectively enable processors from the console. The mask is a bit
field, where each bit represents a slot position. The easiest way to ensure all
processors are enabled is to set the CPU mask to ff. After setting the mask,
turn the system power switch off and then back on again.
The mask will probable be 01 in your case. It depends however on your system type.

I see that the server reboot continuously after this error message:
boundle cpu exception.

we happen to have also a 4100 and could try it out.
set cpu_enabled 1
on console, reset machine and only cpu 0 should be enabled. Should cpu 1 still trouble you, open a call with HP or remove cpu 1.

i have removed one cpu and all it's ok.
