Apache PHP & Tru64

Hi, I've got an alpha server with Tru64 5.1a. I've upgraded my apache to 1.3.41. I'm trying to upgrade my php version from 4.4.6 to 5.2.5, but when I do, and start apache I get the following message in my /apache error log:

Cannot load /apache/libexec/libphp5.so into server: dlopen: librt.so: symbol "p4_find_entry_by_key_ts" unresolved

I've scoured the web with no luck so far, I'm open to suggestions, here: any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
