B-Cache not detected after power outage

I have a pair of ES40 AlphaServers running Tru64 4.0G with TruCluster 1.6. 4Gb memory, 2 CPU's.
After a building wide power outage had been corrected, one of the systems gives a beep code on power up, and the SROM reports 'detected system configuration error'
Tru64 will boot, but reports 'no B-Cache detected'
Any ideas on whats gone wrong an how to fix it ?

Re: B-Cache not detected after power outage

Log a service call with your service provider.
Post the output of the console at power-up time. Post the output of:

>>> show config
>>> cat el

Re: B-Cache not detected after power outage

Interestingly show config on this box is now only showing one of the two processors, and thinks it is a 500Mhz one (with 0MB B-Cache), when in fact both are (or should be) 833Mhz !
The error column in 'show FRU' output is non-zero for some of the memory dims, variously code 80 and 82.

I will attach the suggested info dumps and to a support call, but is there a way of capturing the output from 'cat el' and 'show config' onto a floppy disk, from the firmware prompt ?
(I don't like having to write all this stuff down !)

Re: B-Cache not detected after power outage

connect a terminal/terminalemulation to the serial port and capture output ;-)

HP Engineer attended, and solved the issue.
