Hello All

Re: Boot Automatically

Hi,

when you are at the console prompt p000>>>
show auto*
you will see AUTO_ACTION HALT
set it to boot.

Re: Boot Automatically

Hi,

you can also do it with:

Re: Boot Automatically

Hello Michael

i try this command "consvar -g auto_action"
and it shows me this ..

"auto_action = boot"

so this means that the next time i boot the system , it will boot automatically ??

Thanks Michael ..
Appreciate very much you help

Re: Boot Automatically

Hi,

as soon as the machine is started, it automatically boots. There are however advantages to auto_action halt. If the machine crashes while booting, it may make things worse when the machine boots endlessly.

Michael

ps. do you know and understand this points system?
