CPU1 VIO WARN
Hello,
Our customer has an ES40 Alpha server running Tru64 Unix.
The following message is displayed on the LCD
( front pannel ) :
"CPU1 VIO WARN".
NB : 3x EV6 667MHZ CPUs are already installed.
Please advise.

You'll find a copy of the service guide for the ES40 here:

which states:
CPUn VIO warn
"I/O voltage on CPU over or under threshold. 'n' is 0,
1, 2, or 3."
