Can't start vncserver when system is rebooted

Hi,

I am running Tru64 5.1B-4.
I can start vncserver manually at the ksh shell.
But when I reboot the server, the script /sbin/rc3.d/S98VNC isn't executed.

Here is the content of the script:
#cat vnc_start.sh
/usr/local/bin/vncserver :1

Then I changed the script to the following example, but not sure it will be ok this time.
#!/usr/bin/ksh
export DISPLAY=dcsora01:1
xhost +
/usr/local/bin/vncserver :1 > /var/adm/vncserver.log 2>&1

The permission of the file is:
# pwd
/sbin/init.d
# ls -l vnc_start.sh
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root system 107 Mar 14 10:33 vnc_start.sh

# cd /sbin/rc3.d
# ls -l *vnc*
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root bin 22 Feb 26 09:10 S85vnc -> ../init.d/vnc_start.sh

Your suggestion is very much appreciated.
Thanks
