Change scsi device id 4 to tape0

Hi All,

 

I wish to change SCSI device ID 4 to device file tape0(currently Scsi device id 21. HWID 87) .

Can anyone help me with the commands? i tried dsfmgr /dev/kevm /dev/ntape/tape0 wont work.
