Compiler difference

I am looking for Tru64 Compiler 6.5 Japanese ver.
Is there any difference between Japanese and English compiler. Where can I find the details for this product.

I've not found any japanese version within the product list. Have you tried to install the japanese language kit and using the normal compiler with the correct locale settings?
(wwsetup command for worldwide language kit installations and maintenance)
