DEC3000 M300X I can't make update firmware

I Friends.
I am trying to make an update firmware of DEC3000 M300X Machine, whith follow package_update M300_v7_0.btp
I am Using the BOOTP protocol (Tru64 UNIX systems).
This Method start very well, but after show an error.
this is the message:
