DEC3000 server with Unix4 OS booting problem

DEC3000 server with Unix4 OS booting problem

I have a DEC 3000 server with SCSI hard discs and Unix4 as OS. Recently while booting, I get a fault code of 84 FAIL. The details of the error code is : T_ERR_SCSI - CHECK_BOOTBLOCK. Please help me to resolve the issue

   Replace the failed disk?

   That's Tru64 UNIX, which is different from HP-UX, and has its own
