I am getting this error message when an application crashes:
%DECthreads bugcheck (version V3.16-029), terminating execution.
% Reason: Failure initializing the manager thread tcb (12)
% Running on OSF1 V4.0 on Compaq AlphaServer GS60E 6/700, 6144Mb; 2 CPUs
***RECURSIVE BUGCHECK IN THREAD 1***
***CANNOT CONTINUE: REPORTED STATE MAY BE INACCURATE AND INCOMPLETE***
Any pointers will be appreciated...
