hi guys
i have change the ram on my server and the FRU VALUE has changed to 80 e is there any effect on that and also i have this erro says file compiled -g3:parameter values proberly wrong. how can i solve these tow erros any idea

you can ignore the second error. About the first one I do not have a clue.

Where are you getting the information about your FRU VALUE? Can you please paste a sample of any pertinent output, perhaps with some context before and after the message, so I can get a feel for what was going on?

You really have to give us more, and more precise information. What system are you on? what commands did you execute?

Please help us help you.

For example, we do not know what server you are talking about. Still the ES40 in an other topic? Some of us read only 'interesting' sounding topics, so we do not have the full context.

Please give us full context. May we assume that the FRU value is from a >>> SHOW FUR command? Well, please PASTE the whole line with the problem, and the lines before and after into the reply. Do NOT retype, but copy & paste to avoid errors.
