Re: GUI DISPLAY PROBLEM ON CONSOLE

Try to boot genvmunix and rebuild the kernel.
I had simular problem long time ago and fixed it with rebuilding the kernel.
In vino veritas, in VMS cluster

Re: GUI DISPLAY PROBLEM ON CONSOLE

Check tmp directories permissions and the permissions of the /etc/hosts file.

Remove old files in tmp directory that may not be overwritten (/tmp /var/tmp .dt).
Por que hacerlo dificil si es posible hacerlo facil? - Why do it the hard way, when you can do it the easy way?

Re: GUI DISPLAY PROBLEM ON CONSOLE

Thanks to all of u for ur replies.
Actually this is problem of /etc/dt/config directory. this is diffrent than /usr/dt/config.
the problem got resolved when moving and /etc/dt/config to some other directory.
