How do I install an HBA card in ES40?

I have a FCA2354 fabre channel card and want to install it in the ES40 based on tru64 5.1B.Any idea about how to do that or any material is appreciated.

install the hardware and boot from generic kernel, then
#sizer -n /tmp/hostname
compare /tmp/hostname and /usr/sys/conf/hostname

#vi /usr/sys/conf/hostname
#doconfig -c
#mv /usr/sys/hostname/vmunix /vmunix
#reboot
