What is the model number on the back of
your the video screen, VTxxx ??
If it's VT420 or VT510, you have a serial
console.(or is it a terminal emulator
on a PC? )
What is the result of the "sizer -gt"
command ?
If the result is "nil" then is no functional
graphics card in the AS8200.

with a vt520 you can't do graphics. Do as Johan suggested or look behind the machine, whether you find a vga connector. If so, connect mouse,keyboard and vga monitor to the machine, set console on the srm prompt to graphics, init and boot.
