LSM HELP

Hi,
I need help in reinserting a failed disk into lsm.The problem is on DATA4.
Attached are the output of HWMGR show scsi and volprint -Aht.

using "voldiskadm" you can use option-5 to
replace a disk or option-12 to mark a new disk as a spare, wich can automatically replace the failed disk.

if using tru64 V5.x
- replace the failed disk
- hwmgr -scan scsi (disk gets new id)
- voldiskadm to assign new disk as spare

if using tru64 V4.x
- replace the failed disk (disk keeps old id)
- voldiskadm to reassociate the disk with the diskgroup
