How can I check is there patch : T64KIT0023584-V51BB25-E-20040913 on my system.

Solution
To list patches on the system you can use:
dupatch -track -type kit
dupatch -track -type patch
If you are dealing with oracle, check this thread:

use 'dupatch -track -type kit' command to view the list of patches installed on the system. If this patch figures in the list, you are fine!
