We have Production and Test Database running on it .

You can also get some files smaller, like the /var/adm/messages file that you can edit and delete old information out of it.
Also /var/adm/wtmp, you can do the same thing as the messages file but it has certain procedure (look at man fwtmp at the end it gives you info how to do it)
Also if you have files like /vmunix.old, /vmunix.Pre*, actually you only need 2 files vmunix and genvmunix
