NIC problem?
OS is Tru64 5.1B and system is down. a blue screen like below
alt0 at pci2 slot 1
alt0:DEGPA(1000BaseSX) Gigabit Enthernet Interface,hardware address:
00-60-CF-20-EB-3B
alt0:Driver REV = V2.0.16 NUMA,chip Rev=6,Firmware Rev = 12.4.12
pci 1(Primary bus:1) at nexus
p3g0:Card type '3Dlabs Oxygen VX1' with 32MB frame buffer memory.
p3g0 at pci1 slot 1
pci3(Primary bus:3) at nexus
itpasal at pci3 slot2
IntraServer ROM Version V2.0 (c) 1998
alt0:1000 Mbps full duplex Link Up var autonegotiation
CP_SAVE_TERM routime to be called

Error detected by Pchip 1

Lost Error
NO Devsel
halted cup 0

kernel Stack not valid halt

the server can reboot,but after running about two days,it down again
how can i do ?

You really want to involve support for a problem like this as your main source of help. Maybe a reader here can give a hint, but please do not waste time and start formal escalation.
For more help here, reply with some more details from /var/adm/crash where you can find the active stack and such. Please attache as text file for improved readability. You'll need that data for support also, and the output from two crashes would be good to see the similarities.
