Operator initiated halt problem On DS15

My DS15 alphaserver is halting almost every day with messages like this.

halted CPU 0
halt code = 1
operator initiated halt
pc = fffffe00004cbee8

If I type "boot" it boot without any problem

"operator initiated halt" indicates that either the front halt button was pressed
or on the console an halt sequence was pressed.

Do you use a serial console or graphics?

On openvms i think it was ctrl-P or break (F5 on a VT-terminal or VT-emulator), can't recall the tru64 variant, but see if i can find it.

have you connected a modem to the aux port?
