Performance measurement utility
can somebody tell me if there is a utility simlar to glance for TRU 64.Something that gives the memory utilization for a particular process running

If you're just looking for the memory size of a process, you could use ps -o.

Ramesh,
If you want to monitor a process (or group of processes) over a longer period in time, you can use the /usr/sbin/collect utility with the "-P" argument.
See 'man collect' for more details.
