Service contract

Hello,
Please excuse for posting this question. I am in the process of buying a server model DS20E and trying to get a price quote for the 24x7 with 4 hr. respone on-site contract but I got no where when I tried to contact Compaq/HP. Could anybody give me a ballpark of the cost or point me to somewhere that I can get answer right away instead of a running around? Many thanks.
