Sudo login Problem from server Console in HP Tru 64 Unix 5.1b ..

A normal user is unable to sudo,from the server console in HP Tru 64 Unix.
From server Console he is able to login from his account,but after that unable to do sudo there .
Also able to do sudo,while connected remotely to the server .
Pls suggest some solutions ?

What is the error you get?

Is X console? As the error was not specified, this may be that the PATH doesn't include the directory for the sudo command, because .profile by default is not used when logging from the console, .dtprofile is used instead. So, if this is the problem, specifying full path to the command should work.
