Any one can help me for doing TRU64 UNIX system administrator certification. Where I can get the cource details and what are the topics cover in system administration certification.

Dear all

Till date any TRU64 Unix certification is going or not?? Becoz I will not find any exam no or any exam details in HP site about TRU64 Unix certification. Only Trainning courses are available....

Hi Rajib,

Usually I don't play the role of cynic, but ...

Remember that HP will not continue Tru64, and that HP sold the support and development rights for ADVFS and TruCluster technology to Veritas. Thus, certification as a Tru64 sysadmin has a short shelf life. Of course you may have other good reasons for pursuing this path, but for the time, expense and effort required, certification's value is (IMHO),limited.

I've attended some HP Tru64 courses, and the content and instruction were very helpful. So, if Tru64 is your destiny, it may be best to focus on specific Tru64 admin courses that would provide the biggest return for your, and/or your employer's needs.

Otherwise, pursue training in HP-UX, or Linux, or ??? Best of luck.
