Tru64 add new user

how can i add new user in operating system tru64 on line? in hp-ux i can use sam but in tru64 what is the similar ??

This will open up the Web Management page. From there, you can select SysMan Menu-> Accounts.

You'll see the useradd and the adduser commands.
