Unix Tru64 cluster not booting

We hav a Unix Tru64 Cluster with 3 ALPHA servers booting to cnx qdisk adding 0 quorum disk vote toward formation. The system is just used for historical information and we do not need cluster any longer. Can  someone provide some insight on either to get this working or to get a single system runnning? I am at a loss right now.

How is the boot failing?  Can you post the console messages prior to the failure?
