after changing the fan i start up

i have probelm wiht my server it was runing normally sudenly i went to change the fan after changing the fan i start up my server it start agine then i boot my server it work normaly but after cuples of hrs it reboot by its self and couldnt boot agine so if any one have any idea about this erro plz hurry up coz my work is stop ......plz

Hi,

I don't know which fan have you changed. But I doubt on the power supply and the cooling fan for the power supply and CPU.

because if the cooling fan of either the power supply or the CPU is stuck and the power supply wouldn't supply power to the motherboard, this is the way it has been designed. So, I would suggest check the colling FANs and clean the dust, and oil well, then try boot.
