collgui and cfilt for 4.0F

Hi,

Does anyone know a current location to obtain the collect package for 4.0F - or more specifically collgui and cfilt ?

I've managed to find the collect binary as part of 4.0F Patch Kit 8, however that doesn't appear to include all the components.

Old threads point to it being available on ftp.digital.com however that now appears to be defunct.

There's also mention of it being on one of the Associated Products CDs however I couldn't locate it there.

Any pointers greatfully received...

You can get the latest collect version for V4.0F and G at ftp://collect1:Errands9@hprc.external.hp.com/COLLECT_LAST_for_V4.tar.gz

I did also manage to find a copy, after *lots* of Googling, here:

That doesn't appear to be as "current" though.
