ee0: Transmit timeout

Hi All,

While installtion of a base os,I am getting this message "ee0: Transmit timeout (scbsts = 00006050, mask = 00000c00)" and the installtion is hung for alomost 12 hours. Can anyone help me in this.

Can you describe the exact hardware configuration, and the version of Tru64 that you're trying to install...

Hi Rob,

Its ES45 Alpha m/c and I am trying to install V 5.1B, BL28. The problem occurs very much before installtion of the Patchkit.

would appear to suggest the problem is fixed in later patch kits.

At one point in the install does it hang ?

Yes. Installtion is hung.
