emx3 Sequence Manager Fatal Error

Hi guys! I'm experiencing a problem with a fibre channel interface. When I check the logs in /var/adm/messages I can see

vmunix: emx3: ***** HARDWARE ERROR *****
vmunix: status 0x20000000, 0xA8=0x000172c4, 0xAC=0x50000003: HW ERR(ER3):Sequence Manager Fatal Error

The error is intermittent. When I check the adapter status with hwmgr, this is what I get:

There's no information regarded to this problem in the binary logs. As you can see the link state is up. I checked the storage but there's no error in it. I've been searching on internet but I can't find any information related to this. I don't know if the interface should be replaced. I would like some help on this. Thanks in advance.
