我现在添加了1块盘rz9,并且分区大小已经按照rz8模式分好

in short : you don't
You can mirror volumes not physical disks

looks like version v4.x ?
I'v no test system so i can't try the actual steps myself.

you may use "voldiskadm" (- Menu interface for LSM disk administration)
to
1. Add or initialize one or more disks
( add to the diskgroup)
6. Mirror volumes on a disk
