hsg80 urgent

hi admins,
please help me
HSG80 v8.7f dual controllers configured as redandant,6scsi buses,first bus H.D.D red light is always on, all data is ok and disks,
I restarted two controllers last night and no red light today the red light returen on,
please advise,

If all disks on a bus are red, probably you have a problem with the I/O module or the cable. Also, I can see that your battery is about to expire. Call hardware support to replace your cache battery and verify your I/O module.

So there are no failed disks. That is good.
In that case I agree with Ivan. Check contact on I/O module and cable.
Shutdown the storage, pull I/O module out and put it in.
