There is an " Nonrecoverable medium error." message

I think your tape has gone bad
Check the procedure I gave you with a new tape

You are right ,

I cleaned the driver with a DLT tape cleaner ,and then i changed the tape and it´s working fine now ...
The tape was bad ...

hi,

if you confirm default tape driver is /dev/nrmt0h, you should do following

1. # mt rewind

2. # mt fsf 1
