precompiled freeware for a Tru64

Do somebody know the simple way to download a free software for Tru64 (4.0)? Something like a http://www.sunfreeware.com/ but for Tru64.

The Tur64 package is called:
" Open Software Collection "
and it came with your original OS distribution CD's. The online version is at :
