the /proc partition is 100% . oracle app server don't start on this machine . what to do ?

The /proc is a virtual filesystem (is not disk) and always is 100%. Oracle does not start because of another problem. Check the oracle logs.

Ivan is correct. /proc is a snapshot of the running processes.
What errors do you get?

As sure as the file system usage, see the output of df of my system:

/proc 0 0 0 100% /proc

Why should Oracle bother about /proc anyway? What is the exact error that you get?
