many thanks to all,
how can I read onother tty from my tty device,
i.e
I have tow tty on same server tty1,tty2
I want to monitor or later read what tty2 do
on this device,

Basically you can use any UNIX command that can read from a file to read from a device special file (such as /dev/tty2). However there is the complication to get the Baud rate correct, for instance.
You could use tip (with definitions in /etc/remote) or kermit. If this becomes a more permanent requirement, then you could consider conserver.
If this is a one time event, kermit is probably the easiest.
