I would like to make tru64 send mail to my email address for example " "
this mail contain any change happened to auth.log file.

how can i do this.

Platform is tru64 5.1b

"any change happened to auth.log" i mean any user login or logout should send mail.

No idea why you should want this...
you could modify the login script to send mail when executed.
You could write a script that periodically checks the auth.log file for changes.
I don't think logout is logged there...

Can it be an alternative to use the "last" command that outputs when and how long a user has been active?

Or is your question about how to send mail from this unix system using an exchange server as mail relay?
