tru64 V4.0g doconfig fail
Hi! Because of new device KZPCC installation I need ti rebuild the kernel. During
doconfig -c HOSTNAME
I get:
rm -f vmunix vmunix.sys
loading vmunix.sys
ld:
Error: Undefined:
mount_throttle_lockinfo
cam_ata_configure
cam_ata_attributes
mount_throttle_lock
mount_throttle_lock_inited
*** Exit 1 (ignored)
chmod 755 a.out
chmod: a.out: No such file or directory
*** Exit 4
Stop.
doconfig -c HOSTNAME

May we assume you did do the reboot with genvmunix before the doconfig?
I just checked the docs, and that interface is supposed to be supported:

1.1 Support for New Hardware
The following new hardware is supported in this release of the operating system:

Hi Hein - I did reboot with genvmunix, it seems to be linking problem... tonight I am going to install new 4.0g. There seems to be some coruupted or deleted files on the system....who knows
