tru64 installation problem

i wnat to install tru64 version 5.1 on alphaserver800 from cdrom but i got the following error "dka500.5.0.1.1 has no media present or is disabled via the RUN/STOP switch"

Sounds like a bad CD media or CD-ROM drive.
