DL 160 G8 WITH ESXI 5.0 - VIRTUAL MACHINE BUG, WITH ERROR 0,XXXXXX8E

Recently, many vm´s in my DL160 G8, reboot every day.

When access via remote dektop, and other person access the same virtual, this vm reboot automaticaly.

 

In other cases, a virtual machine reboot in random time.

Other cases, the OS (win XP-SP3), crash and show the bsod, with errors code:

 

STOP: 0X0000008E (0XC000005, 0XBF85414A,0XB865CA88,0X00000000)
