It looks like HPE has released a firmware update 2.31 for the iLO5:

The patch worked to resolve all my GEN10 iLO5 "Host Memory status" false alerts in vSphere.

hi,

i wanted to take a minute to reply to this, i can confirm i had the memory issue's and the ILO Fimware version 2.31 resolved that issue.

Vcenter and ESX no longer complaining.

Thanks Guys, just came across this issue. Have now patched ILO to 2.31

After applying 2.31, we have seen the fans run at 100% (in DL360's) which have Nvidia P4000 GPU's installed.

The P4000's are no longer recognised as P4000's, but are listed in the iLo as GP104's.

Reverting back to 2.30, and the fans are back to running normally, and the P4000 is once again recognised.
