HP 800GB NVMe WI HH/HL PCIe Workload Accelerator (803195-B21) 6.5 U2 => 6.5 U3 HCL Support dropped?

Looks like this was dropped form the HCL for the U2 => U3 update to vSphere 6.5.

Anyone know if this is an oversight, or is there a documented issue somewhere I'm missing?
