HP VAAI Integration
Hi all,
Just wondering with vmware 4.1 out if HP have announced which storage arrays have VAAI integration, or which will in the near future?
Thanks
Dougie

Re: HP VAAI Integration
So the answer is NO for HP, and NO for the HDS USP/HP XP arrays. HP and IBM seem to be the big loners for no VAAI support.

Re: HP VAAI Integration
I was at a conference a month ago, I discovered that it'll be supported on the 4400's and some of the newest stuff, as well as the lefthand sans by the end of the year. For the rest of us with EVA's etc they said march but if it follows the normal timeline it'll be july or something like that.
What really drives me nuts is that HP doesn't say what they are doing, ie what their software is going towards what they are working on or a release date at all. We find out after the fact that hey they just put out a new version and it supposedly will make things better till someone screws something up.
