HPIP 1.3can't install vSphere 5.5

Greetimgs All,

I'm trying to configure a new DL380 Gen 8 server with Intelligent Provisioning.  i began to install the vSphere 5.5 custom image that the HP site. i started HPIP, went to the OS install options, I choose ESXi/vSphere custom on a USB drive.  On the next page I can open the USB drive and I see the ISO file.  It says you should be able to double-click it and it should allow you to go to the next page to continue the install.

In this case, it just acts like it is reading the image, but does not show me the continue button to go to the next page.  I'm then just stuck at that page and can't go forward.

i have HPIP 1.3 and i installed the latest SPP 02.2014, any suggestions?

Re: HPIP 1.3can't install vSphere 5.5

Greetings all,

the solution is in upgrading the HPIP version to HPIP1.6, which is the latest version in Feb 2014

it will recognize the ESXi 5.5 and will proceed normally
