HPe ProLiant DL360 Gen10 low performance hard disk drive with ESXi 6.7

Good morning,
I have been having a hard drive read/write problem on my HPe ProLiant DL360 Gen10 server for two weeks now.
This server currently has the VMware ESXi 6.7 operating system installed on a microSD card and two hard drives on RAID1 with a hardware RAID E208i-a controller.

I am currently using HPE Customized Image ESXi 6.7.0 Update 3 version 670.U3.10.5.5 released on March 2020 and based on VMware ESXi 6.7.0 Update 3.

The performance of my hard drives at present is as follows image:

I notice on the virtual machines on the host that they are considerably slower to upload operating system images and to read and write...

Are there any drivers I should install that I have not considered installing?

Thanks!

If not already I'd recommend pushing out SPP 2020.03.02, this is the SPP paired with your custom build and should have all the correct firmware and drivers.

Good morning,
First of all, thanks for responding so quickly, I appreciate it.
I'm very new at managing this type of server, and I'd say that I've never installed it, that is, I only put in the operating system that I mentioned but I haven't added any additional software.
How do I proceed to install it?
Is it done by ssh as well as an update or driver installation?
Greetings.

Hi

The SPP can be downloaded here https://techlibrary.hpe.com/us/en/enterprise/servers/products/service_pack/spp/index.aspx?version=gen10.2020.03.2

It's a bootable ISO which you can boot your server from (over ilo if remote) to upgrade firmware.
